Shipping Policy
What is the cost of shipping?
For all orders above Rs. 1000, shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 99 is applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?
We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner. Normally, we ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order and it takes 1 to 7 business days to reach to your doorstep. (Delivery time may be exceeded depends upon your location). In case customer hasn’t received the order but he got the order delivered confirmation by Sajana or logistic partner through SMS or mail, in such case customer has to report us within 48 hours after getting order delivered confirmation. No complaints will be entertained after 48 hours of the delivery confirmation message.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from My Order section.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or vendor location
Return & Exchange Policy
If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request from My Order section within 7 days of delivery to request return and replacement. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned/ replaced.

How are returns processed?
Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. Once pickup is done, your refund will be initiated from our end.
